What You Need to Know
Is there anything to pay besides the monthly amount?
Just a one-time $49 enrolment fee when you join. From there it’s your monthly payment, and everything the plan covers is included.
Does my plan work at your other clinics too?
It does. PetCare+ is valid at all three of our locations, so you can book wherever suits you and your coverage carries across.
How long am I signed up for?
Plans are based on a minimum of 6 monthly payments — that’s what the pricing and the savings are built around.
What does "locked-in pricing" actually mean?
Whatever rate you enrol at is the rate you keep for your plan term, even if our regular fees change during it.
Is anything excluded?
Yes, some services sit outside the plan. We’ll go through the full list with you before you enrol so you know exactly where the lines are.
Why is the female plan priced higher?
Each plan includes a procedure, and a spay is a more involved surgery than a neuter. The difference reflects that.
What can I use the $15 MyVetStore credit on?
Food, preventives, and supplies through our online store — it’s yours once you’re enrolled.
My cat and dog are well past kitten and puppy age. Do these plans still apply?
They do. The Kitten and Puppy Wellness plans are designed for cats and dogs 6 months and older, regardless of the name.
We have more than one pet — can they all join?
Each pet gets their own plan. Call us and we’ll set everyone up in one go.
