Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions.

Clinic Name refers to South Etobicoke Animal Hospital (SEAH), a veterinary clinic owned and operated by InnovoVet Inc.
Device means any device that can access the Service (such as a computer, cell phone, or tablet).
Service refers to this Website and any online functions, contact forms, or booking features offered through it.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean this Agreement governing use of the Service.
